 § 3 DATA SECURITY

Users' personal data are stored and protected with due diligence, in accordance with the Administrator's internal procedures. The Controller processes the Users' data using appropriate technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of generally applicable law. These measures are primarily aimed at protecting personal data against loss, data breaches and unauthorized access.

Access to the data is granted only to authorised persons who are obliged to keep the data confidential or to entities to whom the data has been made available or entrusted with the processing of data on the basis of a legal provision or a contract.

 

§ 4

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. The reason for the changes may be the development of Internet technology, changes in the generally applicable law or the development of the website through, for example, the use of new tools by the Administrator.  § 5 PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

The purpose of data processing is to conclude and perform a contract for the sale of goods or services to which you are a party or to take action before and after the conclusion of the contract, including: after-sales service, provision of services by electronic means, handling of various requests and complaints, newsletter, information about product availability, offer, as well as ongoing contact with you in the above scope.

performance of a service or performance of a concluded contract, sending an offer at the User's request – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (necessity to conclude and/or perform a contract or taking action at the request of the User);

adjusting the content displayed on the Controller's websites to individual needs and continuous improvement of the quality of the services offered – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller),

direct marketing addressed to the Client of own products or services or recommended products of partner entities – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).

 

§ 6

§ 7 RETENTION PERIODS

In accordance with the applicable law, the Online Shop may store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is used. Thus, your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, after that time, for a period corresponding to the period of the statute of limitations for claims arising from contracts concluded with you and the period for which the administrator is obliged to perform legal obligations, including storing accounting documents issued in connection with purchases made by you.

The User's data will be transferred to other entities with which we have personal data entrustment agreements and to whom we share data on the basis of applicable regulations, including subcontractors, banks making payments, courier companies, the Polish Post, entities hosting (storing) personal data for the Administrator, entities providing services in the field of operation and support of systems ICT, software and e-mail providers, companies operating the mailing system, entities providing marketing, accounting, legal and IT services. In addition, the information you provide may be made available to competent public authorities if required by applicable law.

Profiling consists in an automatic analysis or forecast of a person's behavior on the Store's website, m.in. by adding a specific product to the cart, browsing the page of a specific product in the Store, or by analyzing the history of purchases made in the Store. The Administrator may use profiling in the Online Store for direct marketing purposes. The effect of using profiling in the Store may be, m.in, a reminder about the incomplete unfinished purchases, sending a proposal for a product that may correspond to a person's interests or preferences.  Each person is free to decide whether they want to take advantage of the offer they receive.

Each User of the Shop has the right to object to profiling if it would have a negative impact on their rights and obligations.

 the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office

Their purpose is to remember the user's preferences and to collect statistical information about the use of the website.
