We have prepared for you, our customers, instructions on how to make a return or complaint in our store, so that you can do it quickly and efficiently.

You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the moment the parcel is picked up from the parcel locker or the parcel is delivered to you.

Please note that returned products must not show signs of use and must have the original tags.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of our store, the costs of sending back the goods are borne by the Buyer. Goods that do not meet all of the above conditions will be sent back at the Customer's expense and will be the basis for not taking the return into account.

RETURNS

Fill in the return form manually – you can download it HERE, and attach it to your return shipment. This will allow us to handle your return quickly and efficiently.

 

Please make sure that the refund document includes the account number to which the funds will be refunded.

A refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the return package.

COMPLAINTS 

Complaint Process:

  • Write us a message, describe the defect in the product and attach photos -  info@musse.com.pl 
  •  If we ask you to send the product back, send the package to our office address: 
  • MUSSÉ, ul. Stary Rynek 9, 19-300 Ełk
  • Your complaint will be dealt with within 14 days from the date we receive your parcel. We will notify you of the decision to consider the complaint by e-mail
  • The considered complaint will be sent back by DPD courier to the address indicated in the order
  • Please keep the tracking number of your parcel in case you lose your parcel

EXCHANGE

The exchange of goods consists in withdrawing from the contract, i.e. RETURNING the selected items, then placing and replacing a new independent order. Fill out the return/exchange form manually and send the MUSSÉ RETURN with the purchased product to us.
